| At Body By Selena, the class sizes range from 2 to 13 people. The small class environment provides a balanced atmosphere of group comraderie, and individual personalized attention together at the same time.

PILATES MAT
A series of exercises performed on a mat to strengthen the core muscles and lengthen tight muscles of the lower body. Benefits include core strength and overall flexibility. Jade Newman is the source for on the floor fundamentals. |
FAT BURNING PILATES
Pilates-based cardio maximizes fat burn while classic Pilates strength-training sequences target all
muscle groups to create a long, strong, and lean body. |
SPIN-LATES
25 minutes to accelerate your mind and body to a new state of being. Follwed immediately by PILATES
MAT based class. Suitable for all fitness levels. You can do it....go now. |
TRUNK
If you aren't satisfied with how those jeans are fitting then get your a** into this class! Effective
movements target the quads, glutes and hams plus the best ab training exercises to reorganize the junk
in your trunk and create a sexy six-pack. All strength work is done in the fat burning zone, after 25 mins
of heart pumping Spinning with Selena. |
MADONNA LONG AND LEAN
Selena’s signature class…. styled by the queen of Pop and Muscle herself, Madonna. All fitness levels are
invited to test strength, cardio capacity and flexibility during this power house class taught in interval
format. Light weights and loose props are all that are needed in this class with high reps and intense
cardio intervals to keep you lean and firing fat all day. |
TOTAL BODY SCULPT
No pain, no gain, that's the buzz about this weight training class designed to add lean muscle mass to your body. Selena will lead you through a workout targeting all muscle groups. Medium to heavy
weights, multiple sets and active recovery segments will challenge you during the hour. Results are

SPIN P90-X
Combine intense upper body strength work with cardiovascular intervals done on Studio Cycles
(STAR TRAC NXT’s) and you get an incredible conditioning workout to compliment your overall fitness
program. Taught by Selena, with an emphasis on building overall muscular endurance. |
STEAM
Your muscles will burn, baby burn, in this interval training workout. Each workout will combine strength
training segments with cardio intervals to increase muscular endurance, develop the cardio vascular
system and BURN lots of calories! Taught by Paula Mair, the queen of sculpt. |
CARDIO SCULPT
This interval training class will alternate between weight training segments and step aerobics
choreography to enhance cardiovascular endurance. This is complete total body endurance challenge
taught by Selena. |
SIX PACK ATTACK
Working in a fat burning zone, we take the heart rate up on the bikes, in an intense Spinning journey
for 25 mins. Followed by the best abdominal workout you can find. Calisthenics, core training and
traditional abdominal exercises combined in a 30-minute format designed to strengthen the entire core
with a focus on the abdominal and lower back muscles. |
BALLS AND BANDS
Creative, technical, challenging and eye opening workouts for the adventurous of all experience levels.
This upbeat workout is constructed combining an aerobic routine with the small, medium and large
physioballs so you rev up your fat burn. Weighted posi-balls, combined with resistance bands, sculpt
and align you, defining and toning the muscles in the upper and lower body. Tune into your body and

SOUTH BEACH BODY SCULPT
Did you know strength training is the best way to increase metabolism and lose body fat? Learn how to
sculpt lean limbs, a rock hard butt and uncover that six pack! This class will introduce you to new ways
to challenge your body and increase the effectiveness of your workouts through weight training. This
interval training class will alternate between weight training segments and cardiovascular drills. This is
complete total body endurance training to condition your muscles and take your body to the next level.
